What forms of payment do you accept? +
We accept all major credit cards, including MasterCard, Visa and American Express.
Can we issue a purchase order, make a manual payment via EFT or PayPal? +
For enterprise customers who wish to pay via purchase order, bank transfer or PayPal an additional 10% administration fee (up to a maximum of $100USD) applies. Flexible billing is not available for these payment options and fixed user / resource allocations will be set.
How does Flexible Billing work? +
When you sign up for a subscription, you are billed only for the number of users and resources in your account.

If you add new users / resources, you are billed on a pro-rata basis for the time until your next renewal.

If you remove users / resources you will receive a credit that will be utilised to reduce your bill on your next renewal.
Where can I get a copy of my subscription invoices? +
You can download all of your subscription invoices from the Admin -> Subscription page in your Sonderplan instance at anytime.
My credit card is expiring, how can I update my credit card details? +
You can update the credit card we charge on the Admin -> Subscription page in your Sonderplan instance at anytime
Are there any cancellation fees? +
No, you can cancel your subscription from the Admin -> Subscription page in your Sonderplan instance at anytime. Once cancelled, you will continue to have access to your account until the end of your billing period.
